Lala Sing Privacy Policy
Lala Sing ("the app") is a singing practice app: it separates songs into accompaniment and vocals, shows synced lyrics and scores your pitch. Everything is processed on your device. The app has no server of its own, there is no account or sign-in, and the developer does not collect anything that says who you are.
1. Personal information we collect
The developer collects no personal information: no name, email address, phone number or location. The app shows no advertisements and uses no analytics, crash reporting or tracking services.
2. Information stored on your device
The songs you separate (accompaniment and vocal tracks, lyrics, reference melody), your recordings, your scores and the app's settings are stored only in the app's storage on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them; you can also delete songs, recordings and scores one by one in the app.

The app asks for the microphone when it first starts and uses it only while the practice screen is open. You can turn the permission off in your device settings at any time; everything except scoring and recording keeps working. The app does not use the camera or location.
4. Internet connection
The app connects to outside servers only in these cases:
- When a song is separated, its title and artist (from the music file's tags or name) are sent to LRCLIB (lrclib.net), a public lyrics database, to find synced lyrics. The audio itself is never sent.
- In the web version, the separation model is downloaded once from the site that serves the app.
As with any internet connection, these servers can see connection details such as your IP address; each service's own privacy policy applies. The app does not send your songs, recordings or scores to them.
5. Exporting files and cloud drives
When you export or share a song or recording, the file goes only to the place you choose: a folder on the device, another app, or a cloud storage you pick in the system's file or share screen.
Google Drive (optional): if you connect it, you sign in on Google's own page and the app keeps the songs and recordings you choose in a "Lala Sing" folder in your Google Drive. The app can access only files it created or files you open with it (Google's drive.file permission); it cannot see your other files and never receives your password.
Dropbox (optional): if you connect it, you sign in on Dropbox's own page and the app works only in its own app folder (Apps/Lala Sing) in your Dropbox. On phones, after the sign-in the browser briefly opens a page on the developer's website (www.papa.pe.kr) that only sends you back to the app and stores nothing; as with any website, the hosting server may keep ordinary access logs such as IP addresses.
Files travel directly between your device and your own drive and are never sent to the developer. Sign-in tokens are kept only on your device; "Disconnect" in the app removes them, and you can withdraw the app's access in your Google or Dropbox account settings. Files saved in your drive stay yours and remain there if you uninstall the app.

6. Sharing with third parties
The developer does not sell or share any information. Information leaves your device only as described in sections 4 and 5.
7. Windows app
The Windows version runs on Microsoft Edge WebView2 and ONNX Runtime (with DirectML) on your PC. The app turns off ONNX Runtime's usage telemetry. Windows' own diagnostic data follows your Windows settings.
8. Children's privacy
The app can be used by all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children, and shows no advertisements.
9. Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, the new text will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
